Why you might ask? Three factors: smart people, great ideas, and collaboration. This is not exactly something new to those who live in Austin but what is impressive is that the rest of the world is starting to see how awesome Austin truly is. In a place where the educational institutions, business communities, and the government work together, prosperity and economic growth is certain. As the article expressed, “it’s no coincidence that economic vitality and livability go hand in hand.”

The entertainment scene is, by far, one of the most intriguing things about Austin. Its business and academic communities are constantly evolving; there is no lack of networking events and educational opportunities here. Austin is definitely one of the “country’s best crucible for small business,” due to a mix of elements “called a classless society, where hippie communalism coexists with no-nonsense capitalism.” It’s no wonder they’ve chosen Austin as the #1 city in the nation! This means Austin will be one of the most sought out cities in the states in the coming decade for both education, entrepreneurship opportunities and more. If I may venture to say, outlook looks good for the real estate market in Austin does it not?
